The Oscars nominations are out, and we're ready to get super mad about it! Hear us discuss the major nominees and snubs as we enter our favorite season of movie watching. Topics touched on include the value of awards ceremonies, the annual disregard for quality horror films, and the difficulty of watching foreign language animated movies.
We also set into motion our annual Oscars Death Race, as we attempt to see all the nominees in every category. We hope some of you will join us in this endeavor and see some new and interesting films along the way!

We are back in 2019 with a vengeance! This week our main focus is discussing the films Vice and Aquaman, along with some tangential discussion of the Saw franchise and the development of the DC Comics cinematic universe. And we introduce the BLoW scale, which we intend to use to rate movies from now on.
But first, we lead off with a discussion of several recent news developments. These include the Golden Globes, finally canceling MoviePass, and recent changes to Regal's employee benefits. We also once again discuss the trailer for A Dog's Way Home, which continues to hound us to no end!

We believe that movies are about the communal experience, sharing what you love and not getting too hung up on what you don't.
